Please feel free to call and discuss, in confidence, any problems you may have.

On your first visit, I will take a thorough case history detailing your initial problem that you have as well as ask about any other medical history that maybe of relavance.

You maybe asked to remove your clothing down to your underwear so i can examine your spinal mechanics/muscle tone - although this is not always necessary.

You will be asked to do a few movements for me to assess your range of movements and then i will discuss my findings and decide if to treat or not. Please feel free to stop me at anytime if you feel uncomfortable or wish to ask any questions.
